Gingerbread Cupcakes with Eggnog Frosting

At Christmas time I became inspired by the gingerbread house my son was building and the eggnog he so loves. These are my personal FAVORITE! I baked them with a "ribbon" of cinnamon chips and brown sugar. Delish Delish!
