Dark Chocolate Coffee Infused Ganache Cupcakes

The chocolaty richness for this one was deep. I had a problem with the humidity in the air "softening" the popcorn ball. Also, I ended up making a streusel to sprinkle on top that countered (almost with necessity) the coffee flavor.
