H.E.B. Bakery in Katy

H.E.B bakery. Boy, everyone is getting into the act. While there for groceries, I was drawn in by the sheer size and glitz of the cupcakes that were displayed on their newly featured Cupcake Cart. I got red velvet, carrot cake, and the butterpecan. I was so disappointed. Dry dry dry... and flavorless frosting. Usually H.E.B. has a rockin' bakery in general, but it's a NOOO on their cupcakes.
