On a SwEeT NoTe (no pun intended - well yes, I did mean the pun... LOL) they are always moist, rich with flavor, and a creamy frosting... when eaten you "get" the love and respect they have for "the cake".
In their YUMMILICIOUS arsenal, my favorites: Margarita Cupcake, Raspberry/White Chocolate with Marshmallow Frosting, Strawberry Cupcake, and Apple Pie Cupcake w/ a walnut-cinnamon streusel and homemade caramel.
These ladies laden their fruity favors with REAL and visible fruit and welcome creating cupcakes (always using fresh ingredients).

These SiStErS could have a hard time if ever asked what their "lead" cupcake is... since they are so consistently true to bringing a balance of amplified flavors and tetures that sing. The Apple Pie Cupcake is nothing short of a HIT. Rethink apple pie in a cupcake liner and you are getting there. Anticipation begins when the fork moves through the ultra creamy frosting, giving way to a crunchy walnut streusel, past the moist apple-y cake to a light snap at the bottom where you are met by a "crust". With textures in place, taste becomes a quartet of vanilla, caramel, apple, and brown sugared cinnamon. They were wonderful at room temperature, but I must say, in the spirit of "hot apple pie"... I heated some just a bit and the result was fantastic.
Sidenote: SwEeT & SaSsY SiStErS put the "dreamy" in creamy frostings...
