Brownie-Bottomed Vanilla Cupcakes

A twist on the Black and White Cupcake. First baking a chocolatey brownie batter in the cupcake liner for a few minutes and then adding the vanilla batter to finish in the baking process brings a wonderful contrast between the chewy brownie and moist cake. Frosted with a Vanilla Buttercream and dusted with a chocolate powder... make for a simple and elegant cupcake.
