Very Cherry Cupcakes

Who doesn't love maraschino cherries? Using the juice, as well as the cherries blended into my batter made for a lovely color AND taste. I frosted some with Cherry Frosting, while others took a Chocolate Buttercream (inspired by chocolate covered cherries). Fun to follow came with the abundance I had left over to make chocolate dipped Very Cherry Cake Balls. Delish!
