A strawberry cake with a surprise... visually a little off-pudding (pun: off-putting, I mean) LOL. I made a homemade version of a thick chocolate pudding to pipe into the cupcake after it was baked. The color of the chocolate is NOT what I was going for. My inspiration was a chocolate covered strawberry, but done inside out... thus, "strawberry covered chocolate". Now... all that being said... were they good? My family loved them. For myself, still undecided... leaning towards a "no" since it wasn't what I envisioned in my mind. I frosted with a Strawberry Frosting and drizzled with a chocolate glaze.
