Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcakes with Cookie Dough Frosting

I made chocolate cupcakes and put a dollup of cookie dough on top. The idea was to cook it just a few minutes less than normal so the "cookie" WAS NOT cooked all the way through... and letting the cupcake cool in the tins (so they could continue to "bake" on the counter top). On top was a homemade Cookie Dough Frosting
Turned out to be a rich chocolaty experience! Remind me to put 911 on speed dial for the possible sugar coma to follow... lol.

I also made Cake Balls with part of the batch and dipped in white chocolate... YUM YUM!
