(Ehem) Cupcakes

"What's for breakfast mom?"

"Cupcakes."

"What's for dinner mom?"

"Cupcakes."

I've done quite a few varieties of savory cupcakes that have become family favorites.

The Mexically Cupcakes are a jalepeno cheese cornbread atop a spicy chili and "frosted" with a dollup of sour cream :-)

The Breakfast Cupcakes are a sausage cake topped with an oven-baked egg and "frosted" with melty cheese :-)
