Red Velvet-E-O's Cupcakes

Another "Sweet Tooth Inventory" success... the idea came from a friend (Sarah)... who loves red velvet cake, cream cheese and, well, Oreo's. So a take on the Smore-E-O Cupcake I've done before was the plan.
